 140 g Carrots
 150 g Brown Onion ( medium)
 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
 3 tbsp Olive Oil
 3 Garlic Cloves
 2 Bay Leaves
 3 Pickles (grated)
 ½ cup Olives Black ( chopped or whole your choice)
 150 g Smoked Sausages (spicy chorizo, German sausages )
 150 g Ham ( breast, leg)
 150 g Devon Sausage (bologna)
 200 g Sliced Black Olives (or your choice)
 Salt and Pepper to taste
To Garnish
 1 Lemon Slice (medium size)
 Parsley (optional)
 1 tbsp Sour Cream( optional)

Take a medium pot and pour in 2 liters of water or broth. Place beef in the pot, on medium heat. Cook thought for 1 hour, as it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum ( on pressure cooking it takes 30 minutes). Skim the foam off the meat. Let it cokes thought.

Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of broth or water and simmer covered for about 5-7 minutes. Cook on low heat, making sure it doesn't burn. Turn off the heat when the pickles become tender.
