Olivier Potato Salad, also known as Russian Salad or Salad Olivier, is rich in flowers, and creaminess, and fills you up.

Take a big bowl. Cut the boiled potatoes and boiled eggs into small pieces.
Add the chopped pickles, and onions to the bowl of potatoes and eggs.
Open a can with baby green peas, drain them(optionally wash them), and add to the bowl with all ingredients.
Add the mayonnaise to the bowl and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
To keep your Olivier salad fresh, store it in a sealed container in the fridge. It can last up to 48 hours if stored properly. However, if you want it to stay fresh for a longer time, it's best to avoid adding the mayo and seasonings until just before serving.
Bon Appetite!
