This delicious soup is popular all over the world, and for good reason - it's hearty, satisfying, and full of flavor.

Take a medium pot and pour in 2 liters of water or broth (you can choose chicken, vegetable, or beef, which will affect the final taste of the soup).
Peel all the potatoes, wash and cut them into cubes of any suitable size. Put them in boiling broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, clean and wash the onions, carrots, and garlic. Finely chop the carrots, and onion and press the garlic through a garlic press.
Take a small frying pan, pour in oil for frying, and fry 1 onion and 1 carrot until golden brown. The sauté is ready, turn off the heat.
Put 1 onion and 1 glove of garlic in a blender (you can also finely chop, but I prefer to use a blender).
Take a bowl, put the ground meat and grated onion, and all the juice from the onion. Sprinkle with your favorite spices and herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Roll small meatballs the size of a walnut from the mixture.
Meanwhile, the potatoes have cooked and become soft. You can now add the meatballs and sautéed vegetables also bay leaves (optional the frozen green peas). Cook until all meatballs float to the surface (about 5 minutes).
Season the soup to taste with salt, sprinkle with your favorite herbs and pepper, and serve hot with sour cream or your favorite sauce. Garnish with parsley.
Enjoy!
