Korean Style Carrots are a delicious and nutritious side dish that's easy to make and enjoyed by many.

To make Korean-style carrots, peel, wash, and cut one kilogram of carrots into 3-millimeter thick julienne strips. This can be done manually or using a slicer.
Add three teaspoons of salt to the sliced carrots and mix well. Let it stand for half an hour, then drain the excess juice.
After draining, marinate the carrots in vinegar for at least 15 minutes or longer. After that, drain the excess juice again.
In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté one chopped onion until golden brawn. Add one teaspoon of ground coriander seeds, black pepper, and chili powder to the pan.
Pour the oily mixture into the marinated carrots and add four minced garlic cloves, mixing well, using your hands.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
For the best taste, it is recommended to make the carrots 3-4 hours ahead of time and let them marinate longer.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week and is best served as a side dish with meat.
Enjoy!
