 500 g Chicken Mince
 150 g Mozzarella Cheese (cut into 12 small cubes)
 ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
 1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
 1 tsp Dry Ground Oregano
 1 Egg (beaten)
 ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Place the baking sheet on the baking tray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken mince, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed garlic, dry oregano, salt to taste, black pepper, and the beaten egg.
Use your hands or a spoon to mix the ingredients thoroughly. Ensure an even distribution of seasonings throughout the chicken mince.

Take a small portion of the chicken mixture (about the size of a golf ball) and flatten it in your palm.
Place a small cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of the flattened chicken mixture.
Carefully encase the cheese with the chicken mixture, forming a patty. Ensure the cheese is completely sealed inside.

Shape the patties into neat rounds, making sure they are of uniform thickness to ensure even cooking.
Place the formed patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each cutlet.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cutlets are golden brown.

To ensure the cutlets are cooked thoroughly, you can use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
