 600 g Beef Rump Steak ( or use whatever you preferred pork or beef)
 200 g Brown Onion ( 1 large or 2 small)
 30 g Butter
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
For Sauce
 150 g Sour Cream (20% or more)
 2 tbsp White Flour
 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
 150 g Boiling Water ( or beef stock)
 ½ cup Chopped Parsley, to serve

To begin preparing the beef stroganoff, the beef is washed thoroughly and dried using a paper towel before being cut into wide pieces.

Next, the beef is tenderized on both sides using a food film until the thickness of the slices is between 0.6-0.8 cm. Once tenderized, the beef is cut into thin strips.

In a skillet, heat half of the olive oil and add half the butter add half the beef strips along with salt and pepper to taste. Stirring constantly on high heat, fry the meat for 5-7 minutes remove the beef, and add the remaining olive oil, butter and meat, fry it another 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the onion, rinse it, and slice it into quarter rings. Add to a skillet with the meat, and fry it for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes soft and golden brown.

Next, add flour to the onion and stir constantly with a spatula, frying the mixture for 30 seconds. Add sour cream and tomato sauce, Dijon musted, paprika, and crushed garlic to the mixture, mixing it well before pouring in 150 ml of water. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Bringing it to a boil and simmering it for another 5-7 minutes on low heat. If necessary, add more salt to taste.
