 500 g Potatoes
 300 g Carrots
 400 g Tomato Diced Caned/ Tomato Peeled in Juice

 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
 3 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tsp Cumin Powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 1 tsp Paprika Sweet Powder
 1 l Beef Broth
 ½ tsp Pepper Cracked
 2 Bay Leaves
 2 tbsp Flour all-purpose
 Salt to taste
 Parsley to serve
