Main Ingredients
 500 g Asparagus spears( trimmed)
 10 Bacon Rashers Thick-Cut
 2 Garlic Cloves ( diced)
 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs (optional)
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Parsley Fresh (shopped, to serve)
 0.50 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes (optional)
 Salt and Pepper (optional)
Yogurt and Dill Dressing
 ½ cup Greek Yogurt
 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
 1 tsp Dill Fresh (chopped)
 1 tsp Lemon Juice
 Salt and Pepper (to taste)

To prepare the dish, start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees (400F) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the trimmed asparagus on the sheet and season them with salt and pepper to taste, being careful not to add too much salt since the bacon is already salty.

Next, divide the asparagus into 10 parts and wrap each one with a strip of bacon.

Brush everything with oil, sprinkle your preferred spices on top(chili flakes), and finely chop the garlic (you can also use garlic powder) to sprinkle evenly over the dish. Add ground pepper as desired.

Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.

For the dressing: in a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and serve it with the warm asparagus. Finally, garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
